Teaching our children the importance of giving with Kellogg's

Happy Monday!
I'm really excited about today's post because it includes some of my favourite things - baking, holidays & teaching my kids to have a giving heart.
Today, Luca and I made some really yummy Rice Krispie treats for a really great cause!
Christmas can be a very stressful time for families that don't have the money to purchase toys to put under the tree.
Kellogg's and The Salvation Army want to help create magical memories for children in need this holiday season & the best part is - YOU can help!
The concept is super easy!
Make, Share, Give
Make your favourite toy shaped Rice Krispie Treats and share on www.treatsfortoys.ca or on Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and Kellogg's will donate $20 to The Salvation Army to go towards providing toys for children in need this Christmas.
I had so much fun in the kitchen baking and teaching our three year old the importance of helping others.
I want our children to know that giving can feel just as good as receiving.
We made a robot & Luca was SO excited about it that he ate the robot before I could even take the after photo!
Gotta love the unpredictability of three year olds!
I hope you choose to participate in this amazing program and I am so excited to see all of your treats!
I was provided with free products from Kelloggs for this post.
